THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ibrahim Gichuhi Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.2476 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mukuyu/Makuyu Block 2 (Mihango “A”)/186, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause no. E228 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Danson Njoroge, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Danson Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ibrahim Gichuhi Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
