THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Naomi Wambui Gichuhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Nyairoko Township/111, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyahururu in succession cause no. E38 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joe Wanyoike Gichuhi (ID/2302814), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Naomi Wambui Gichuhi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue a land title deed to the said Joe Wanyoike Gichuhi (ID/2302814), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Naomi Wambui Gichuhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
