GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14011

WHEREAS Anne Makena Anondo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Magumoni/Thuita/2179, situate in the district of Maara, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Chuka in Succession Cause No. 416 of 2015, formerly Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Chuka in Succession Cause No. 225 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant in favour of Faith Nkatha Mwirigi (ID/30205437), and whereas the said Faith Nkatha Mwirigi has executed land application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Anne Makena Anondo (deceased) is lost and efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land 13th October, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator L.R.A. 39 in the name of Faith Nkatha Mwirigi (ID/30205437), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Anne Makena Anondo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
