GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14014

WHEREAS Kyai Mwambi alias Chai Mwambi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 10.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Mavoko Town Block 2/316, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Machakos in succession cause no. 61 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Benjamin Wambua Kyai (ID/11676375), (2) Ann Mutunge Kyai alias Anna Mutunge Masyuko (ID/2564280) and (3) Elizabeth Mwithi Kyai (ID/10174846), and whereas the said (1) Benjamin Wambua Kyai, (2) Ann Mutunge Kyai alias Anna Mutunge Masyuko and (3) Elizabeth Mwithi Kyai have executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered of L.R.A. 39 to (1) Benjamin Wambua Kyai, (2) Ann Mutunge Kyai alias Anna Mutunge Masyuko and (3) Elizabeth Mwithi Kyai and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kyai Mwambi alias Chai Mwambi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
