REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonathan Kipkemoi arap Tonui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Chemoiben/765, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Sotik in succession cause no. E33 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Yegon Gilbert Cheruiyot, and whereas the land title deed issued to Jonathan Kipkemoi arap Tonui (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue the land title deed in the name of Yegon Gilbert Cheruiyot, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jonathan Kipkemoi arap Tonui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
