THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Onyango Oiye (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Siaya/Olwa/1530 and 1529, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas it has been established that all these parcels of land originated from that piece of land known as Siaya/Olwa/929, and whereas it has also been established that the said land parcel Siaya/Olwa/929 was fraudulently subdivided and transferred in all the above named persons, and whereas the land registrar has tried to recall all the said title deeds issued in respect of all the above parcel of land in order to cancel the sub-divisions, and whereas all efforts has been made to recall the title in vain, the land registrar announces the cancellation of all the sub- divisions and the cancellation of all the title deeds mentioned above and restore the original land parcel No. Siaya/Olwa/929, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof all the land parcel Nos. Siaya/Olwa/1530 and 1529 shall be cancelled and the original land Siaya/Olwa/929 in the name of Samuel Samo Othieno shall be registered. Dated the 13th October, 2023. Y.
