REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nzingi Mbubi Ndhei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Bumbani “C”/771, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kwale in succession cause no. E1 of 2022, has vested the property to Nzula Mbuvi to hold in trust for herself and four others, and whereas the title deed issued earlier to the said Nzingi Mbubi Ndhei (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nzingi Mbubi Ndhei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
