THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Mwabili Mwairuwa alias Alli Mwabili Mwairuwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mwanda/Mwanda/261, situate in the district of Taita Taveta, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Wundanyi in succession cause no. E53 of 2021, has issued grants of letters of administration to Elijah Mwazugha Mghazo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Elijah Mwazugha Mghazo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ali Mwabili Mwairuwa alias Alli Mwabili Mwairuwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
