APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 5 (1) (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) and 5 (2) of the Kakamega County Persons with Disabilities Act, 2022, the County Executive Committee Member for Social Services, Sports, Youth, Gender and Culture appoints— Chief Officer, Social Services, Children Services, Gender and Culture, Chief Officer, County Administration, Chief Officer, Medical Services, Chief Officer, Finance and Budget, Habel Ouma, Dave Milimu Lubulela, Catherine Shiundu, Jonathan Luke Ndungah (Dr.), to be members of the Kakamega County Committee for Persons with Disabilities, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st August, 2023.
