THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part development plans is complete. The part development plans relate to sites situated within Bomet and Sotik towns in Bomet County. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the County Government Offices for Department of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Bomet and office of the Sub-County Town Administrator, Sotik. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-named address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representation in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 19, Bomet not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 6th October, 2023. JOSEPH K.
