COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned part development plans were on 21st September, 2023, completed. The part development plans relate to the lands situated within Homa Bay Municipality, Homa Bay County. Copies of the development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the County Physical Planning Office, Public Works Building and Homa Bay Municipality offices. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above offices between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plans may send such representation or objection in writing to be received by County Executive Committee Member, P.O. Box 469–40300, Homa Bay, within sixty (60) days of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 2nd October, 2023.
