GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14073

NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, by Stephen Maina Waweru, trading as Axiom Motors East Africa Limited, of P.O. Box 77874–00610, Nairobi, Kenya, to (1) Mr. Mwai, of Tel. No. 0720486937 and (2) Cleophus Tsuma, of Indian Ocean Forwarders and Logistics Company (K) Limited, Tel. No. 0101404248, towed to the garage, motor vehicle reg. No. UAZ 33GH, Truck Model 4965F and KBY 502J, Isuzu FH, which were booked at the workshop on the 20th September, 2020 and 19th January, 2022, respectively, which remain lying at Axiom Motors East Africa Limited, situated at Scarlet Business Park, Athi River, along Mombasa Road, awaiting payment of storage charges and collection, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicle is taken. Notice is further given that the motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or private treaty, and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as hereinabove stated.
