NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th August, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1616, in Volume DI, Folio 299/2807, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Habil Simon Omamo, of P.O. Box 587– 40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abel Orito Omamo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abel Orito Omamo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Habil Simon Omamo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Habil Simon Omamo only.
