APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3A (1) of the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints— Under subsection (d) – Ashford Mwiti Kirimi Kathaara, to be a member of the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 27th October, 2023.
