IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya as read with sections 30 (2) (i) and 31 (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Stephen Kipyego Sang, Governor, Nandi County, appoint— ROSE KENDA EBOSO ANGIRA to be the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for the Department of Finance and Economic Planning on acting capacity, for a period of two (2) months or until a substantive County Executive Committee member is appointed, whichever comes first.
