THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Waweru Ngethe and (2) Ruth Wangui Mbugua as administrators of the estate of Douglas Mutua Murefu (deceased), of P.O. Box 99–20109, Subukia in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 455/178 (Original No. 455/48/42), situate in Nakuru Municipality in Nakuru District, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume H26 Folio 126/1 File 14899, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
