REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Thuo Muthinji (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.196 hectares or thereabout known as Loc. 12/Sub Loc. 4/1777, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in succession cause No. E162 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Elizabeth Waithira Thuo and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Elizabeth Waithira Thuo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Thuo Muthinji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
