GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14650

WHEREAS Ntheketha Masala (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Okia/Mukuyuni/1215, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E236 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Kamimi Masilia, (2) Samuel Kaloki Nzioka and (3) Patrick Ndunga Ndonye, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in in respect of Ntheketha Masala (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (1) Mary Kamimi Masilia, (2) Samuel Kaloki Nzioka and (3) Patrick Ndunga Ndonye, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ntheketha Masala (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
