IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 149 of the Public Health Act, the County Executive Committee Member for the Department of Medical Services and Public Health gives notice that the public cemetery known as Karatina Cemetery is closed, with effect from the date of this notice to allow for construction of the Kenol– Sagana–Marua Highway and dualing of the Sagana–Marua (A2) Road Section.
