IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 147 (1) of the Public Health Act, the County Executive Committee Member for the Department of Medical Services and Public Health gives notice that County Government of Nyeri intends to exhume and move the bodies buried at Karatina Cemetery, with effect from the expiry of six (6) months from the date of this notice to allow for construction of the Kenol–Sagana–Marua Highway and dualing of the Sagana–Marua (A2) Road Section.
