COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 4th October, 2023, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Kianyaga Township, Kirinyaga East Sub-county. Copies of the plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the County Headquarters, office of the County Director of Physical Planning, First Floor, Room B4 and office of the Sub-county Administrator, Kirinyaga East Sub-county any day of the week within the official working hours. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the CECM, Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 260–10304, Kutus or via email landskirinyaga@gmail.com and within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representations or objections shall state the ground on which it is made.
