NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1014, in Volume D1, Folio 1236/1564, File No. MMXXII, by our client, William Nyabero Isigi, of P.O. Box 72236– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as William Nyabero Macheneri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name William Nyabero Macheneri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name William Nyabero Isigi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name William Nyabero Isigi only.
