NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 19th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1015, in Volume D1, Folio 1237/1564, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Pukeyia Naiputari, of P.O. Box 1348–10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Moses Rukeyia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Moses Rukeyia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Pukeyia Naiputari, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Pukeyia Naiputari only.
