NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 334, in Volume B-13, Folio 2312/19806, File No. 1637, by our client, Peter Sifa Mwanyonyo, formerly known as Peter Sifa Masha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Sifa Masha, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Sifa Mwanyonyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Sifa Mwanyonyo only.
