NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 784, in Volume DI, Folio 784/5001, File No. MMMXI, by our client, Fatuma Adan Omar, of P.O. Box 40923– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fatuma Yunis Harale, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Yunis Harale, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Adan Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Adan Omar only.
