NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 492, in Volume DI, Folio 309/2889, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Lucy Josephine Wanjiru Kamau, of P.O. Box 2725–60100, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josephine Wangari Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Josephine Wangari Kamau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lucy Josephine Wanjiru Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lucy Josephine Wanjiru Kamau only.
