WHEREAS (1) Jacinta Kavini Ndambuki, (2) Jolel Nzyoka Mutunga, (3) Ryoda Mbeti Kilonzo, (4) Augustus Mutua Mboni and (5) Paul Mule, all of P.O. Box 41610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 15.35 hectares or thereabout, known as Fundiisa/Adu/Kanagoni Kabicha/1639, situate in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
