REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucy Wanjugu (ID/0456645), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Nyandarua/Melangine/5421, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
