REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Nduta Njenga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Thika Municipality Block 24/321, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E251 of 2022, directing the name of Grace Nduta Njenga (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of Jane Wanjiku Njenga, and whereas certificate of lease issued earlier to Grace Nduta Njenga (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with registration of the said instrument LRA 39 and LRA 42, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Grace Nduta Njenga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
