THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Lucia Njoki Gathirwa (deceased) and (2) Njoki Gathirwa (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.072 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngenda/Mukurwe/T.43, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. 161 of 2017, and 117 of 2015, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) John Raphael Rebbo (ID/1270684) and (2) Daniel J. Muturi Gathirwa, both of P.O. Box 29772–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) John Raphael Rebbo and (2) Daniel J. Muturi Gathirwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Lucia Njoki Gathirwa (deceased) and (2) Njoki Gathirwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
