THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Ngari Murigu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.666 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mwea/Mutithi/Scheme/645, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. 527 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Moses Ngari Murigu (ID/3130022), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Moses Ngari Murigu (ID/3130022), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Ngari Murigu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
