CONSTRUCTION OF SECOND CARRIAGE WAY OF ATHI RIVER–MACHAKOS TURNOFF (A109) ROAD PROJECT CORRIGENDUM IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 9536 and 11424 of 2017, 11104 and 11105 of 2018, 1639 of 2019, 1919 of 2020, 5373 and 6239 of 2022, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority intends to correct the parcels of land listed below required for the dualling of construction of Second Carriage Way of Athi River–Machakos Turnoff (A109) Road Project.
