PURSUANT to the provisions of section 13 (g) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 23th September, 2023, completed. The part development plan relates to Kenya Railway land within Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the National Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House and the Kenya Railway Corporation Headquarters in Nairobi. The plan has also been deposited in the Regional Co- ordination Offices of Physical Planning, the Kenya Railway Corporation, the Governor and County Commissioner, Uasin Gishu County. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the National Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House and the Kenya Railway Corporation Headquarters in Nairobi. The plan has also been deposited in the Regional Co-ordination Offices of Physical Planning, the Kenya Railway Corporation, the Governor and County Commissioner, Uasin Gishu County. between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to ndpp@ardhi.go.ke or the National Director of Physical Planning Office at Ardhi House, Nairobi, and through the Physical Planning Regional Co-ordination Office, Ardhi House, Eldoret, and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made, not later than the 6th November, 2023.
