PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 19th June, 2023, completed. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at CECM, Land, Housing and Physical Planning Office at Nakuru Ardhi House, 3rd Floor and Naivasha Sub- County Office and at Sirwai Neighborhood. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member- Department of Lands, Housing and Physical Planning, P.O. Box 2870– 20100, Nakuru, and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 18th August, 2023. JOHN K.
