NOTICE is given that Ol Gorete Limited (In-Liquidation), Company No. C.29/98 in accordance with the Insolvency Act, 2015 passed a Special Resolution on the 16th October, 2023, to liquidate the company. All creditors of the company are notified to lodge their claims with full particulars that they may have against the company with the under-mentioned liquidator on or before 31st October, 2023, and if so required by the liquidator shall be required to prove the debt due to them by the company, failure to which the claim shall be excluded from any distribution by the company.
