NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KBQ 315R, FRR Isuzu Truck, which is lying unclaimed within the L.R No. 36/IV/107, Tanad Garage, along Mfududu Road, Eastleigh, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor 4858 4858 vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice upon payment of all the accumulated cost of repairs, storage and other incidental costs incurred. Failure to which Betabase Auctioneers of Nairobi shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicle by the way of public auction or private treaty on behalf of Tanad Garage without any further notice and the proceeds therein will be utilised to defray storage charges and any other incidental costs any shortfall will be collected from the owner of the motor vehicle by legal proceedings.
