NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 692, in Volume D1, Folio 310/2901, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Julian Wanjiku Wainaina (guardian), of P.O. Box 14055–00800, Westlands in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Felishiah Riri Wainaina (minor), formerly known as Felishiah Wairimu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Felishiah Wairimu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felishiah Riri Wainaina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Felishiah Riri Wainaina only.
