NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 273, in Volume D1, Folio 298/2804, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Esther Wanjiku Maina (guardian), of P.O. Box 868–00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Rebecca Wahu Kanyotu (minor), formerly known as Rebeccah Wahu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rebeccah Wahu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rebecca Wahu Kanyotu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rebecca Wahu Kanyotu only.
