NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-95, in Volume B-13, Folio 2310/19765, File No. 1637, by our client, Masilingi Muema, of P.O. Box 86515–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Pascaline Masilingi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pascaline Masilingi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Masilingi Muema, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Masilingi Muema only.
