NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 361, in Volume B-13, Folio 2313/19901, File No. 1637, by our client, Alphonce Richard Karisa, of P.O. Box 837–80108, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alphonce Richard Mwaponda, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alphonce Richard Mwaponda, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alphonce Richard Karisa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Alphonce Richard Karisa only.
