THE SURVEY ACT

EXEMPTION

in accordance with section 11 of the Survey Act (Cap. 299), together with those who have passed the Final Part I of the East African Land Survey Examination or would be exempted therefrom (proof of pass or exemption is required). Duly filled form “A” of the Survey Act shall be necessary. The examination fee of five thousand Kenya shillings (KSh. 5,000) payable in cash or Mpesa to: Land Surveyors’ Board, Account No. 01001032446400, Paybill No. 625625, National Bank of Kenya, Hill Branch. Must company each application. Paymens can be done in favour of the Land Surveyors’ Board through cash deposits or Mpesa payments.
