ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 6 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following vehicles which are in the premises of Aldonai Enterprises Limited at their yard at Kokotoni Shopping Centre, Kilifi County, to take delivery of the said containers and the contents therein within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Delivery is subject to payment to M/s. Aldonai Enterprises Limited storage expenses, costs in Nairobi CMCC No. 7903 of 2018, the sum of KSh. 2,966,200 and costs of advertising up to and including the date of delivery, failure to which the said containers and the contents therein will be sold as provided for under section 7 of the said Act.
