THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sibiah N. Miyienda (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Chiga/2696, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E473 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of Stanley Ochweri Mogaka, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Stanley Ochweri Mogaka, and whereas the land title deed issued to Sibiah N. Miyienda (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Sibiah N.
