THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njogu Mwenga Mutandu alias Njogu Mwinga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.44 hectare or thereabouts, known as Baragwe/Guama/1514, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Gichugu Law Court in Succession Cause No. 199 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Margaret Muthoni Njogu (ID/3380511), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Margaret Muthoni Njogu (ID/3380511), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njogu Mwenga Mutandu alias Njogu Mwinga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
