IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (a)— Jeremy Bundi (Dr.), Under paragraph (d)— Christopher Ogechi Ombati, to be the Chairperson and members, respectively, of the Council of the Co-operative University of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th November, 2023.
