IT IS notified that for general information that for the purpose of section 21 of the National Intelligence Service Act, 2012, a Technical Committee comprising the following members has been appointed to review terms and conditions of service for officers and other staff of the National Intelligence Service to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and employee retention. Lawrence Kiti Nyale — Chairman; Members Joan Andisi Machayo (Mrs.), John W. Gitu, Halima Abdi Shurie (Ms.), Wilson Kiptanui Soy (Dr.), Wangari Wachira (Ms.), Joint Secretaries David M.
