REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Ombachi Mogeni, of P.O. Box 235–40500, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.07650 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 119/270, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
