REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Debrosse Holdings Limited (in liquidation), of P.O. Box 11032–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 205/90, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 84721/1, and whereas the official receiver of P.O. Box 30031– 00100, Nairobi, as the Interim Liquidator of Debrosse Holdings Limited by virtue of the winding up cause No. 35 of 2011 in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi has provided sufficient evidence that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
