REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Mwangi Kamau, as administrator of the estate of Joseph Mwangi Gicho (deceased), of P.O. Box 899, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 21096/32, situate in south west of Thika Municipality in the Kiambu District, by virtue of a grant of title registered as I.R. No. 81133/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
