REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Allan Muguma and (2) Klaire Kasibayo, both of P.O. Box 30161–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that House No. A8 Block A erected on all that piece of land situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. No. 105340, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
